What a project management tool costs: price per user or per workspace?

The most common mistake when comparing prices is to look only at the "from" price. The real price depends on how many people will use the tool and on how the vendor charges for it.
Two common models
Many tools charge a monthly fee for every single user. For a team of two it is an unnoticeable amount, for a team of ten it is ten times as much. The second model is a price for the whole workspace by plan, where limits (such as the number of users) differ from plan to plan.
How KoraGate charges
In KoraGate you pay a monthly price per workspace according to the plan you choose (from 149 KÄŤ per month). The plan sets the limits on users, projects, folders and tasks; adding a member within the plan's limit does not raise the price.
